Responsible for all phases of new retail product display design: ideation, concept development, material sourcing, prototyping, testing, developing drawings with 3rd party vendors, and quality control.

Led the design for 3 tradeshow booth designs along with coordinating the company procurement, schedules and budget for each event. In addition to the tradeshows, coordinated the companies Traveling Innovation Lab. Managed the design, procurement of product and hardware, installation and teardown, all shipping logistics, and creative content management with 3rd party vendors.

Managed the distribution of live content uploads, reporting schedules, postmortem reports, and ongoing internal documentation reporting.

Led multiple projects from concept development to execution while communicating effectively with key team members & clients on a regular basis to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Responsible for sourcing ff&e, specifications, preparation of budgets, and coordination with purchasing agents.

Led team in performing construction administration services including site visits, RFI responses, CFA, shop drawing review and approvals, punch-lists, and coordination with consultants, manufacturers, and contractors.
