Smalling Studios, LLC.

Smalling Studios, LLC is a creative design and photography studio located in Kissimmee, Florida. Tom Smalling is the owner and creative director of the home-based studio. He provides art direction & graphic design for various businesses, home builders, architecture and engineering firms. Some of his clients include Limbach Facility Services, a nation-wide mechanical engineering firm; St. Joe, a real-estate development company listed on the NASDAQ exchange; and Brentwood Custom Homes, a luxury custom home builder in Orlando.

2004 – 2010
C.T. Hsu + Associates, Inc.

Tom Smalling worked part time for C.T. Hsu + Associates as a graphic designer and IT support. Tom’s graphic design skills supported the 25 person firms business development activities, and he was an integral part in delivering design for $3M to $180M facilities. In addition, Tom worked closely with management to develop long-term strategies for technology and growth within the company, while developing budgets and overseeing third party vendors.

2001 – 2004
Song + Associates, Inc.

Tom Smalling came to Song + Associates during a large growth period for the company. At 18 people Tom took over management of the IT department and oversaw upgrades to support over 50 employees. This included new servers, new infrastructure and the expansion to a secondary office. In addition to these IT duties Tom Smalling continued his pursuit of graphic design and photography, assisting with business development activities and supporting architectural projects.

1997 – 2000
Gee & Jenson E-A-P, Inc.

Gee & Jenson was a 180 person architecture and engineering firm in West Palm Beach, Florida. Tom Smalling started as a production artist supporting the engineers and architects with their projects. Duties included digital imaging, document production, trade show design, web design and interactive projects.
