Career Objective
As a comprehensive design professional, I want to extend my competencies in all the areas of Applied Arts / Communication Design - from ideation to conceptualisation, from creative to visualization, from path-breaking layout and design, Graphics, execution and production. I look forward for a career where I can develop myself in each of these areas.

Work Experience

Juriscape Legal Research Pvt Ltd. ( since May-06)
Worked as a Graphic Designer in the Designing Team, providing creative graphic inputs for Print and Web media.
Responsibilities: To provide art direction and supervise ongoing projects for the company’s new initiatives, cater to the demands of the project by giving creative and consistent inputs, and at the same time meeting stringent deadlines and assuring result-oriented quality output.

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited, Ahmedabad (July-04 to Apr 06)
Worked as a Graphic Designer with the Torrent In-House Design Studio.
Responsibilites: Being an integral part of Corporate Communications, major responsibilities include providing design solutions for corporate identity, Communication instruments like Annual Report, Yearly Calendar, Corporate Brochures, presentations, Exhibition Stall design, a bimonthly magazine “Torrentian”, co ordination of print production and Event Promotion (posters, banners, hoardings, trophies etc.)

Navnitlal Advertising, Ahmedabad (August-02 to July-04)
Worked as a Senior Visualiser.
Responsibilites: Designing mostly on all instruments that cover print media like Newsprint Ads, Magazine Ads, outdoor Publicity Campaigns, Exhibition Design, presentations in 3D (Walkthroughs), Graphic Logos, Corporate identity etc.

Mentorix Learnings and Technologies, Mumbai (July-01 to August-02)
Worked as a Graphic Designer for Web Media (WBT-web based training)
Responsibilites: Worked on projects like K-12, JSEP (job skills education program). Being a part of a large production team, my responsibilities included production of graphic contents for the project, illustrations, and small animation clips.

RGB Systems & Support ltd., Mumbai (January-01 to June-01)
Worked as a Software Support Specialist.
Responsibilites: Though worked for a shorter period, gained considerable skills and understanding of the 3D animation in 3D Max, and its demand and requirements for the animation industry. Responsibilities included acquiring comprehensive and complete workflow of 3D and 2D animation software and provide support for industry professionals.

Worked as a Creative Web Developer (graphic contents)
Responsibilites: Providing graphic contents, icons, buttons, templates and the interface layout for website.

Imageads, Mumbai (advertising agency)
Worked asa Trainee Visualiser
Responsibilites: Being a part of the academic curriculum, got the privilege to work on Live design projects for IOC, Servo, Bank of Baroda and more, for a period of 6 weeks.

Baroda Management Association (BMA), Baroda
Freelance Project: Commissioned work for the complete Event Management, designing and publicity for the First National Conference on Medical Waste Management.
Designing included corporate identity for the Medical Waste Management, Brochures, First Announcement, Second Announcement, Invitation, Valedictory Cards, Souvenirs, Banners, Backdrops, and Booklets. worked as a team of three.

• Exhibition design for the Social Awareness Campaign at the Faculty of Fine Arts, MSU Baroda.
• Ad-Campaign for Public Awareness Campaign on Help Recycle Plastic.
• Product Promotion Campaign on Durable Batteries and Kenwood Systems.
• 2D-animation; a short cartoon film, C-DAC Mumbai.
• 3D-animation; “a walk through Time” based on Stephen Hawking’s theory of time and space inspired by the book - a brief history of time.
