This is the SMB with 11" Diameter Wheels. These soft rubber tires provide excellent traction and a wide range of surfaces without marring the surface they travel over. By installing these wheels, the overall width of the SMB becomes 24" Wide and the ground clearance becomes 3" High. This configuration enables the SMB to travel through restricted access areas with only 24 inches of clearance.

Lightweight Super Mega Bot
This is a custom build for a customer in Europe. They needed a lightweight version of the SMB which is also very powerful. I was able to drop 55 lbs by supplying a different battery chemistry and using lighter components. They required an additional payload of 120 lbs and added an additional constraint: 15KPH. So now this variant of the Super Mega Bot can transport very heavy loads at high speed. I was also able to provide hot-swappable batteries, to keep the bot running without having to wait for recharging.
