I took initiative and worked hard understanding the many uses of the mobile app and how we could use it to it's fullest. One area that was lacking was our Social Wall that was going to be displayed at the conference. Using a specific tag posts would appear on this screen for all to see. However, the tag was only mentioned once in the publication, I thought it would be helpful to post pictures and information on the wall itself.

With the launch of a new collaboration site, i took the initiative to design icons for each of our 12 departments so they could visually guide other users through their content. The result was over 150 icons
