Sustainable Food system for POLIMI-Italy campus - A service where the group of students prepare food with the assistance (chef and elderly women).It is based on the values of cooperation, sharing knowledge and preservation of local cuisine.Concept involves the following sustainable systems:Minimization of waste:Recycling of waste water paper, bottles, cans etc.Composting of waste produced from kitchen.Use of natural resources like solar vehicles for transportation of raw –material.Donation of left over food to the food banks.
