Of Recent I have been into Design Research, Design modes and bio-mimicry research and also been involved in teaching assignments as Professor In design and management fields. I have had a stint as Dean of a B school that focused on creativity and Innovation. My specialties include Business ontology and design ontology, Business model restructuring and design methods.
Jags design has been working on several areas of Design, related to communication and Internet areas. Started as a product design outfit, We have worked on Furniture to consumer durable product ideas. We worked on applications research of Sheeting based raw materials and point of purchase systems for a few clients. Of late we have been working with Web design, Animation, print design and multi media interface areas. We had a stint in Packaging, Retail and promotional designs, Point of purchase and dispensers, Gifting and Novelty solutions, sculpting services to name a few.


Product design:Typical project involves work in areas of Industrial Design to
Mechanical Engineering, Design enhancements and conversion on engineering platforms, Detail part design plastic and sheet metal, Design validation to meet 3 & 4 Sigma quality, Bread Board and prototype support. Documentation and pilots. Mass release for production.
Transportation:ID – ME integration, Panel detail design -Mfg size and User aspect in deciding panel sizing, Overall process supervision – from artist sketch to full scale model in clay – conversion to FRP mock-up and eventual material. Sourcing for material suppliers Globally.
Graphics and web design:Concept generation, Brain storming, story board, interaction design , proof of concept, Prototype in HCI and GUI, creating visuals. Raster to vector art conversion and Illustrations. Website developments, e-commerce solutions and content development using flash programming.
Engineering:2D–3D conversion, White light scanning, actual part measurements, digitizing data platform migration, documentation and hand off. Converting impression to digital canvas. 3D modeling Pro-E , CATIA, AUTO-CAD, Solid works.
Detailing: Mechanism design and architecture design, analysis, Usability and servicing, .
Technical Writing Operation and service manuals, Multilanguage language support, Usability, Automatic access to database for ordering replacement parts and in warrant repairs. Also website content design, Software help systems.
Point of Purchase Development of Innovative retail dispensers and designs using a variety of media and use of display mechanism to promote product experience with users.
Retail Design: Show window display, dispensing solutions and retail design ware,
Packaging Solutions using Flute Board, multiply cartons, display boxes and the like
Promotional:Development of creative promotional using a variety of media , research into New technologies like Thermo-chromatics, Glow products, Photo-chromatic products, Ceramic and Glassware, FRP and Resin ware, Casting.
Sculpting Custom sculpting and design generation of full scale live models using a variety of media and also in Reinforced cast resins, Bronze, Brassware, Aluminium and alloy cast products, Roto moulding, filler based casting, marble effects, Psuedo-metallic finishes etc.
Design Taeching : We are keen to provide design education and research activity to all design disciplines for undergraduate to senior level management.
