Heartware - In collaboration with the American Heart Association, Heartware is a 3 part system that helps children learn about proper nutrition. The system includes a set of portion control plates, an interactive placemat that encourages family dinner conversation through trivia, and a home storage system for pre-cooked meals. This project was my senior thesis work for my undergraduate degree.

Wroll - Wroll was a group project done in collaboration with the Culinary Institute of Grythyttan. Our project was a new system of fast food chains that worked with local entrepreneurs and local farmers. Wroll was a concept store located in New York, NY. With the culinary students we designed a new type of food that combined western ingredients with Japanese sushi rolling techniques. Our team also designed educational and sustainable packaging, and a store interior made with reclaimed materials.
