Employer: KT Construction Design Consultants J.S.C. HCMC. Vietnam. Working on full design Position: Designer ADD: Thao Dien, An Phu, Dist.2, HCMC. Site area: 443 square meters This villa locates in a new urban area. The combination of stones and stone effect paint offer a lighter look for the building's envelope in comparison with an all stone cladding facade. A master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and bathroom was arranged on the same floor with a daughter and a son's bedrooms. A well-ventilated attic space is located above to protect these rooms from overheating.
