Bus Washing System

This is a three brush roller washing system made for buses accommodating a wide range of contours and models in India (esp. state transport). The concept is about moving the gantry over the rails, wherein the set of brushes under PLC control washes the left, right, front, back and top of the bus. A set of newly designed water saving nozzles are placed strategically forming a nested system within the larger system working synchronously to make the whole module a water efficient system. A well designed control panel is facilitated as a value addition to the system adhering to ergonomics and cognitive handling of the machine.
Other issues in a nutshell
Strap On Brushes - for specific replacements only, thus saving on maintenance costs
Running Economy – Takes lesser energy to move the gantry rather than moving the vehicle
Better water efficiency with new nozzles and strategically synched nested spray system.
Better Cladding – For aesthetics, durability and low cost maintenance
