Working with suppliers for the US retail markets, designing products that range from furniture and accessories to bags and baggage. Factory sourcing and evaluation, design adhearance and quality standards compliance, are my specialties. I will design and develop specifications for foreign factories, using CAD drawings, quality standards and customer requirements. I am a creative and innovative product design and development professional. I have many years of success working with suppliers and factories, both foreign and domestic, creating new products, managing projects and negotiating prices. My retail experience makes me trend and brand conscious, able to create products with real value for customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Design package development is something I am good at and can relate them to factories very efficiently using sketches, CAD drawings, spec sheets and quality standards. I design from the inside out and the outside in at the same time in order to avoid problems with manufacturing while remaining trend right. I enjoy building relationships, whether with merchandising, marketing or buying teams or with factory owners and managers, in order to build goodwill and produce the very best product.
