Signtel - Signtel is a vision of a sign language interpreter appliance which uses speech recognition to convert spoken language into sign language, and automated sign language recognition to translate sign language to spoken or written language. It gives opportunity to deaf individuals to use sign language during their communication with hearing people and helps their access to public services.
