I graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University in Melbourne, Australia with a Masters in Architecture (with distinction). In 2009, my Major Project 'Memory of the World' was awarded the Antonia Bruns Memorial Prize by the school for excellence in portraying cinematic space with architecture. For that, I was featured in Monument magazine issue 93, under their ‘graduate profile’ section. The Major Project was later discovered by culturepush.com and fivefootway.com in 2010 as part of their search to promote Singaporean artists and works. I was shortlisted by the AIA (Australian Institute of Architects) for the BVN Graduate Prize in Architecture in the same year.
