Working philosophy

I value real teamwork, positive thinking and competence. To develop prominent products, these qualities + good observing skills are essential in my opinion. I do not shrink back from stress and big responsibility. An education as a cabinet-maker and an engineering university entrance qualification enable myself also to work on tricky mechanical projects. The development of products and the linked collaboration with the most different people and fields is one of the fascinating tasks for me.
