As a more traditional agency, Emerge brought us on to assist in winning more projects within T-mobile's online business. * Directed the redesign of T-mobile SCOOP - an interactive online newsletter. As a result, the site substantially elevated web response to the brand amongst its members.
An interactive boutique advertising agency. I came to ID Society as the agency's first official employee and worked my way up from junior designer to associate creative director as the agency grew from 5 to 50+ employees over 10 years (all without any external funding.) As a small agency I learned to wear many hats as I helped to grow the agency's business, structure its creative process, and gain the loyalty and respect of its owners. * Helped to win the agency's first major liquor client through an interactive campaign resulting in a 40% opt-in rate which far exceeded the client's goal. This then resulted in referrals to many other high-caliber Diageo liquor brands for years to come. * Developed the first ever Ciroc Vodka web presence in the U.S. * Developed the conceptual & design direction for Giorgio Armani's first-ever ecommerce beauty website.
