Seeing the problems that occur in boarding house as one form of common dwelling, we redefine the function of the boarding house itself.
As mentioned previously, boarding house should be representative for the students to learn, discuss, and work. So, we create public spaces on each floor with different functions to answer those needs.
'Watching TV' room located on the 1st floor. Study/discussion room is located on the 2nd floor and split second floors, are located rather kept away from the rooms that potentially noisy. Relaxation room is located on the 3rd floor. Those three semi-public space is the center of each floor.
