Developed design options for exhibits and point of purchase displays. Designed scaled mock-up point of purchase models, created Illustrator and Rhinoceros 3-D models for exhibit model, Communicated corporate identity through design of logo and collateral using Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Illustrator

Emerson Tool Company, (Undergraduate Program) Product Design Studio
Developed design options using design methodology, freehand sketching, Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhinoceros 3D and model-making using shop tools/ materials to develop a prototype example of a wet/dry vacuum. I also compiled final project documentation into Quark.

Owner Operator: Ayo Design Studio’s goal is to strive to capture the true essence of all design. Z. Ayofemi’s line of jewelry creates the perfect blend of styles that give rise to a look that is fresh, chic, yet enduring and distinctive. I also created the brand identity and web design layout for www.ayodesignstudio.com.

Dallas Independent School District (Dallas, TX) 08/2011-June/ 1/2012
Full-time Middle School Art Instructor -Designed and presented exciting lessons that actively engage diverse learners, while educating on proper aesthetic methodologies and various technical aspects. Provided students with opportunities to reach their fullest potential through creative expression, cognitive strategies, and a broad range of aesthetic, historical, critical, and production experiences. Successfully achieved student participation by utilizing creativity and incorporating a “real life” connection to the classroom in order to gain and maintain students’ interest and encourage self-expression.
