Zen Circus
Zen Circus © is a piece of furniture allowing to complete iyengar yoga positions, or trapeze exercises. This sport is based on asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yogic breath). The device allows the execution of several traditional postures, without the strains of gravity. The hammock can be used as a support to help maintain the body in a correct position. The cloth can extend laterally and fits to the shapes of the body, allowing the user to defy the laws of gravity. Zen Circus is perfect for people looking for a new ludic and painless experience allowing to firm up the body and revitalise the spirit.
