Major Duties :-
Consult with sales team, chief designer and R&D manager to establish new conceptual product (Tent & Backpack).
Produce representational drawings, product CAD drawings and illustrations of products by using traditional and graphic tools.
Prepare final specification sheet for production.
Prepare presentation book, instruction guide, hang tag, display box, as well as electronic presentations.
Buyer includes Wal-Mart, K-Mart, ARP, CRP, Trekk, Canadian Tire, Wenzel, Sierra Designs. Karstadt, Jack wolfskin, Simex, Rokk, Roots, Ozark Trail, Cabela’s, Kelty, Woods, Wenger, Swiss Gear, etc.
Prepare all kind of factory plans and layouts such as emergency plan, security plan, office plan, floor plan as well as various diagram and technical illustrations.
Troubleshoot and manage the job tracking process, supervise and establish guidelines for junior designers.
Maintain documents and Day-to-day administration of the design teem and overseeing all phase of sample production.
