Description

Two layers of plastics with LED lights between forming light shade.
Body is manufactured by inset moulding technique. Inner shell is made of translucent TPE and then inserted into mould for injecting ABS/PC outer shell.
Before closing the mould, electrical parts (wires and LED lights), metal contacts and metal reinforcements are introduced.
After inset moulding the 2-layered hollow piece goes to CNC cutting. Cutting results with two separate light objects.
