The engineering department came to the industrial design department to ask if we could help design the bodywork as part of the Formula Student Racing events. There was a competition to design it and my team won. We then built the bodywork out of fibreglass, painted it and applied decals - that makes it sound far too easy!
This was the final 3d model before production of the bodywork began.
