Summary: The client wanted to refresh their employee recognition program by creating more opportunities to be rewarded. The company felt individuals weren't being recognized enough as key players in team projects.
The PRISM awards were broken into three categories - Gem (Management recognizing a direct report), Spot (peer-to-peer recognition), and Service (acquired after 20 years of employment).
The microsite helped laude individuals by sharing words of praise and putting a face to the name within a large company.
