Over the last 15 years working as a creative, I’ve helped brands convey their message through design - helping drive awareness, product value, brand integrity, and customer engagement. Over time, I learned to use that design thinking applied to business, processes, and operations in general. No matter what the conversation is about, I keep an open ear and focus on finding the pain points and looking for areas to improve through innovative change that would makes an impact. Whether improving efficiency/reducing cost from an operational standpoint, creating/improving service offerings and their revenue streams, or improving the overall customer experience for that business, my wheels are constantly turning to keep pushing for improvement.

I’ve continued to design and create for businesses through visuals however more recently I’ve been applying additional focus and passion toward improving business process, efficiency, and quality. I do not support change for the sake of change and base much of my decision making and strategy on research, data, and extensive communication with those effected by the product (whether stakeholders or the end-user).
