Suiting up to embrace adventure is a Fashion Scholarship Fund top design case study proposing how we can use advancements in Space Suit fibers and technology to advance Ice Hiker apparel. I was inspired by George Melies movie A Trip to the Moon and the extreme temperatures experienced by Ice climbers in the on their journeys. This and the development of the Bio-Suit by MIT led me to create the outerwear in this collection.
