A 50-60 yr old home renovation - This home was renovated about 25 yrs ago & was looking very tired. A chronic problem with a leaky roof compounded the problems. The kitchen was gutted, new skylights were installed, new cabinets, LED lighting, new wood flooring, new layout etc. The ensuite bathroom was gutted and a shower with frameless glass was installed.
We added a gas fireplace in the livingroom, shelving to highlight the owners collection. Custom sofas, drapes & diningroom furniture completed the reno.
