This three story, green, retail building is
designed with a retail area on the first floor with a two story loft style apartment and two single story apartments. It is located on the north west corner of Euclid and Queen Street West. The retail area is wrapped with store front curtain walls creating a very inviting and open view of the store and the products inside from both Queen Street and Euclid. The building has a green roof and uses reclaimed and recycled materials throughout, including the wood veneer and stone exterior finishes.
