Trend Analysis - Identified white space in the market through international travel, trade shows and competitive analysis.

Oversaw the design and development of a broad range of products and innovative retail solutions for partners at Macy's, PetSmart and The Home Depot.

Responsibilities included:

Project Management - Overseeing the design and development of product lines. Direct collaboration with retail partners to deliver new products to market within an aggressive seasonal timeline.

Vendor Management - Direct communication with vendors and factories, overseas travel to manage production, quality and final design.

Brand Development - Generate new products and solutions to expand our brand presence and enhance brand equity.

Trend Analysis - International travel, visiting trade shows, design weeks, retailers and flea markets. Developing new strategies to translate fashion, design and material trends into actionable ideas and products.
