Danielle Brimhall

I am currently a graphics assistant at West Coast Trends. My employment at West Coast Trends started out as an internship and has worked its way into an assistants position. West Coast Trends is a luggage, golf luggage, and golf accessories supplier. The companies main speciality is to custom embroider and screen print their products to the customs specification. This can either include creating new logos, existing logos, names and phrases. My position entitles me to create and maintain product sales sheets, create interactive order forms, maintain and update the websites product images, create web and print advertisements, and any other graphics related tasks. Many tasks also include photographing and editing product images as well as lifestyle photographs. Some print examples include direct mailer cards, contact information cards, posters, and catalogs. I believe that my skills and knowledge has been greatly increased since working at West Coast Trends and am eager to apply my skills where I can.

In 2009 I created my first company, Feather Me, which was inspired by the fashion craze of wearing feather hair extensions. I traveled to special events like cheerleading competitions, fairs, festivals, and music concerts. The revenue generated by Feather Me allowed me to pursue creating my own line of accessories. After only a year I created my second company, Boot Strapz. The anklet-like boot belt became a success in the world of country fashion. It daubed at Stagecoach Music Festival in which it nearly sold out entirely. Boot Strapz is currently in business with 5 stores. From starting and maintaining my two successful companies I have learned many useful self taught skills. I now an confident in my skills in marketing, product directive, target audience, selling, people skills, and overall how a company operates. Throughout both companies I have always been the head creative director among with many other titles from which allowed me to expand my creative skills.
