The Jaguar CXS is a design study of a sports car, looking for the perfect combination of elegance, agresiveness and performance, combining such aspects of emblematic Jaguar models like the XK-120, D-Type, and XJS.
This is a 2-seat sports car, front mid-engine layout, rear-wheel drive and rear-mounted transaxle, designed to achieve the best dinamyc performance and aerodinamyc efficiency. Its sculptural body has been designed with organic language and line tension, giving the car a muscular aspect and dynamism.
The tecniques used in the development of this project were: pen, chartpak markers and photoshop for the sketches, Rhinoceros 4.0 and keyshot 3 for the 3D modeling and renderings. The 1:5 scale model was made whith a cnc milling machine and the data of the 3d model
