This is the initial sketch I did. Originally I wanted the text to wrap around the helmet, but once I started working on it I felt the speed lines added more to the image.
This is the final vector image. I reduced type down to just the band name. It feels clean, simple, and modern.
I made this gif of the logo to post to the band's Instagram.

Something Hit - Band Branding/Gif
This is a project I worked on for the band I'm in. We have a song with the line "My mind is racing now, I wonder who you're with." From that line I sketched a few designs and ultimately we went with this.
