The Every Day Carry Module at the top and the Survival Module at the bottom.
The EDC Module contains a Fisher Trekker Space Pen, Fenix L0D AAA flashlight, Ronson refillable lighter, Gerber nail clippers, Uncle Bill’s Sliver Grippers, pill fob with Aspirin, jumbo spy capsule/pill fob for smokes.
Several of the items have been covered in shrink tubing to protect them, cut down on jingling, prevent screw closures from working loose, etc.
The whole thing weighs about 200 grams. I've been using this for about 5 years. Very comfortable to wear – I really don’t feel it at all.

The Survival Module contains a Fenix E0 AAA flashlight, whistle/spy capsule containing WetFire tinder, long spy capsule (contains two pieces of Rite in the Rain paper, a 1" piece of pencil lead, an unknown length of Spider Wire, some fish hooks and sinkers, a needle wrapped in dental floss), Sparky K1 Fire Starter (small magnesium bar, flint and scraper), SOG Crosscut multitool, peanut lighter, small orange spy capsule – containing Wet-Fire tinder, small green spy capsule – containing MicroPur MP 1 water purification tablets, small red spy capsule – containing Aspirin, Brunton 9067 pin on compass.
Weighs 240 grams. I’ve been wearing this on and off for about 5 years and while not as comfortable as the EDC module, unless it’s not that noticeable either.

EDC Module on the right side.
The Survival Module on the left.
Barely noticeable at all when placed in the pocket.
