Gabriel Castro

My name is Gabriel Castro, I was born and raised in Oakland, California. I currently attend Academy of Art University in San Francisco as a Graphic Design student. Previous to my Graphic Design major i was an Industrial Design major for 2 1/2 years. In those 2 1/2 years i learned the ropes of Product Design.



I understand the design phases, manufacturing processes, costs, pretty much everything it takes to create a product. This really helped me get an edge over my fellow students in Graphic Design. I take what i've learned and apply it to my everyday designs. I have a passion for clothing and accessories, i've done internships for UNDRCRWN which is a clothing company based out of New York City.



I've also done freelance graphic design jobs through UNDRCRWN design house and designed graphics for clients such as Nike, Upper Playground, UNDRCRWN, DGK, and a few others. I'm getting ready to start my second semester as a graphic design student so i'll be learning and striving for success harder than ever.
