Transformer Packaging - 3D digital prototype of the Transformer packaging developed in Google SketchUp. It shows the packaging changing its shape to fit different products within the same size range.
Transformer Packaging Material Structure - This is an enlarged element of the proposed Transformer Packaging material microstructure. The axis limits the range of movement allowing it to retain the packaging shape once the product is inside and moveable elements to change the packaging shape to fit different objects. However the limitation of such structure lies in the similar size of the products that can be fitted in. The prototype is developed in 3D using Google SketchUp.
Transformer Packaging Opening - The Transformer Packaging Opening responds to the identified problem of plastic packaging opening that many users experience. My aim was to design a packaging centered around user experience bringing joy at all stages of the process - from receiving a product in an elegant and functional packaging to safe and easy opening. This image features a sticky colour coded stripe that seals the packaging across and is safe to open once the product is sold.
Transformer Packaging Service - Service supporting Transformer Packaging from a users' perspective. I developed it in response to the large scale problem of waste which packaging contributes to. As Transformer Packaging has value in itself and designed to be reused, it creates a demand for it and requires a closed loop system to function without waste.
