This is an outdoor Light Fitting I designed to fit the existing wattbeater LED bulb made by Ellydees.
I went through a number of concepts with Ellydees using 3d modelling to compare different forms and features.
Finally I machined the selected concept from stock aluminium using a manual metal lathe, manual milling machine and an ACDC tig welder.
