The old site contained too much information and issues with readability and findability as well as not defined Information Architecture.
The first task of the project was to create a new way of displaying large content forms to the User. The decisions made at this stage was to divide the forms into sections defined the view and organise the content in each of their section. Color contrast test and selection of UI element per case.
A revision of the different type of messages (alert, awareness, etc), Labels, explanatory text, validation or missing fields in forms were performed to upgrade the forms across the product. At a later stage, a report was delivered to optimise and to be compliant with AA standards and Web Usability standards. This piece of work also includes the responsive design per mobile devices in where the user tested to discover areas for improvement.
I designed a new layout around the client's login website, in where the this will adapt to the clients UI design not affecting the improved Login experience.
The New Home screen layout divided the content into sections, grouping tasks by order of relevancy: • User settings • Easy Access to most important Services • Easy access to the most frequent tasks within the Main Services. • All services provided by the client • Miscellaneous
Non-frequent use features have access to a modal and all the interaction were performed within it.
The navigation and taxonomy were improved by doing the Information Architecture properly. Naming conventions and Visual hierarchy as progressive disclosure methods were also applied to the new proceses.
Even though some clients have strong points of view and make decisions far away from matching usability standards, the UX was not completely affected as the UI followed a set library of elements in where the UX was not affected in a negative way.
Around the Business, requirement excels sheets transformed into more engaging wireframes with a clear definition of the user path and the detailed information on what content to display as the user progress as well as the messages displayed depending the decisions made.

For Native Apps, paper prototyping was the first task that I promote as a UX Lead for the team to prove the own assumptions.
The flows were also workout on pen and paper first.
All Native apps went throughout the same UX process, the deliverables to the client was a simple and straightforward graphic around of what it was expected. On this view: • Registration • My Account view • Services
