
For the second iteration, the saturation was pumped up but the pattern and overall contrast of the piece wasn't quite there.

I created various texture options to make the striped pattern appear woven like a serape. Without the texture it wasn't convincing. This texture was a bit too dark.

The final repeat pattern was a perfect combination of warm and cool colors featuring a vibrant palette. We wanted to go bright with the sockliner to pop in comparison to the white uppers. A series of highlights were used in a slightly irregular pattern to highlight the raised portions of the blanket.
