Responsible for educating guests on the manufacturing practices of New Balance. Exstensive knowledge of machinery and how they are handled is needed. Putting together footwear to demonstrate skills and highlight the craftsmanship involved with every pair. Ensuring that every guest recieves a fun knowledgable experience.

Contributed to the Champs Sports company by managing the retail stores assigned. Started at a 1 million dollar per year location and got promoted to a 2.5 million. Part of my daily tasks included paperwork, daily communication emails, managing payroll, managing inventory (20,000 units), continuous team building (including hiring/termination), visual standards and product placement. Being knowledgeable of market trends and demographics was crucial to the growth of the business.

Assisted the General Manager in the smooth daily operations of the store. Maintained a sales floor presence to motivate team, and engage customers.
