A redesigned front lobby for L3Harris in Waco, TX.
The front lobby, which also contains a glass conference room accessible to customers, features several small huddle rooms for breakout sessions during customer reviews.
Around the corner from the main entrance, a large coffee bar and seating area invites customers and employees to intermingle.
A well-equipped "sprint space" off of the lobby acts as a foyer into the prototype shop. This space can be used to conduct weeklong sprints, or when not in use, can be rearranged into a second lounge.
A glass conference room with program logo (redacted) welcomes customers upon arrival. This work space (separate from the lobby) is dedicated to work performed for this customer in particular.
A new employee work area incorporates collaboration spaces amidst low-walled cubicles. Inspirational images from within the industry line the walls.
A new coffee area with bar-height seating creates a welcoming space for employees and customers alike.
Two offices were taken in to make room for a new glass collaboration space and to allow natural light into the interior of the building space.
An alternative look at the new collaboration space.
A complete remodel of the breakroom provides a much-needed "break" from the "on brand" colors used throughout the work space. Calming blue was selected to help relax employees while they dine in restaurant-style booths.

These images belong to a set of renderings produced for the eventual remodel of several areas on site at L3Harris Technologies in Waco, TX. Many materials were existing or pre-selected, which presented a unique challenge. The renderings were set intentionally to a lower quality as they were for internal use only and required rapid adjustment.
