Full Color Presentation Models

Full Color Presentation Models show the building as realistically as is practical. Colors and materials are chosen to closely represent the final building. As much detail as is practical for the scale chosen is shown. Windows are opaque so the interior is not seen. The site is shown with different materials used to represent paving, planted areas, etc. Realistic looking trees are used. This type of model is similar to a museum quality diorama or fully detailed model railroad layout. Models with this level of detail typically take a minimum of 150 hours to over 300 hours to complete.

  • I suffered my first and only minor concussion while working on the Union Hill model! (low ceiling...ouch!) One of the greatest industry learning experiences I've had was my time working with Mrs. Gaylord. This was a fantastic model and unfortunately the last of this scale I've had the pleasure to work on.
