The ski design was fully designed in CAD before moving on to construction
All the templates and molds for the core, mold and profiles were cut on a large CNC router
The ski core was hand routed using the CNC templates to achieve the correct profiles
The complete core and sidewalls prior to carbon layup
The full ski was wet laid up in the mold as a pair and vacuum bagged for 24 hours to cure
The skis were removed from the mold and rough cut on a bandsaw prior to finishing
