This projects demonstrates the importing of background images and environments, scale referencing and matching perspective techniques, creating special materials, controlling shadows and reflections. The CAD modelling was provided by a tutor; Anthony Eland.
This project demonstrates the external surface creation of the product to rational data (provided in a dimensioned drawing). The projects was a series of movies demonstrating the analysis of design sketches, creating curves and surfaces of the form and adding details.
This project models a design which is impossible to create the correct form using solid modelling techniques and uses surface modelling to create the exterior form.
This Project was set to outline the necessity of surface tangency for specific designs as well as the ability to utilise symmetrical modelling to simplify CAD models.
