Education Advantage is a scholarship program that was launched in 2009 and grows every year. The program targets young adults who have hemophilia. I was responsible for directing the design for the online program experience, managing the team including a copywriter, an art director, and a web developer. I created recommendations for growing program presence including new content, and design evolution.
