Multi-use Packaging - The packaging is based around another useful item within the kitchen, a chopping board! This way the packaging actually has a use after the product is taken home. It also increases Breville's presence within the home.
In the Kitchen - After the hand blender is unpackaged the chopping board can be used and polyethylene covering recycled OR it can be kept and with the chopping board it can be used to keep the blender and its accessories contained.

Breville Hand Blender
As the Breville design team reworked their existing Wizz Stick Pro, a multi-attachment hand blender for the home user, they put forward a brief for us to do the same.
After considering factors such as brand image, usability, safety, end-of-life and ergonomics the final product and its packaging were presented back to the Breville design team in Sydney for critique and feedback.
