CERT Emergency Responder Backpack
Standard gear for CERT responders is precribed by FEMA but local governments are in charge of sourcing. Residential emergency packs do not meet the needs of CERTs. This leads many governments to create their own with school style packs. CERTs need gear that is specialized for them to meet their needs.
