PWC color and graphics project leader. Plan and develop color for the PWC line. Created color targets for injection molding gel-coat, paint, seat vinyl, and decals. Worked with suppliers and vendors to achieve a high level of production product quality. Worked with engineering to create quality specifications for new application of gel-coat material. Defined area & appearance grade maps for Honda's 3-person PWC line.
