Thesis Project - The Silver Lining - "The Silver Lining" explores the marketable idea of a modern day passenger train that is designed around the concept of "journey." The train is composed of 6 types of rail cars (observation, dining, lounge, club, executive, and children's cars) that were fully designed in terms of plan, section, RCP, perspective, furniture, lighting and materials.
Hospitality Design Project - This boutique hotel with a bar/restaurant was designed around the concept of japanese style tattoos. The complete design included plans, RCPs, sections, elevations, construction details (custom bar), perspectives, furntiure, lighting and materials.
Commercial Design Project - The corporation I was assigned for this project was Harpo. Taking into account various spaces needed and the corporate culture of the company, this design shows a large mutli-functional office space. A complete set of ConDocs were created along with perspectives, furniture, lighting and materials.
Residential Design Project - This high end residential design project included all space planning, furniture and materials selections and detailed elevations. The perspectives were all drawn and rendered by hand.
Beaumont Rd. - Green Custom Build - I served as the designer and project manager for this 5800 sq. ft. eco-friendly custom build. Custom millwork designed for 2 libraries, bathrooms, kitchen, and children's playroom. Responsible for material and finish selections, lighting, hardware, etc. Oversaw construction process working with client, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the entire process.
Bergofin Master Bath Renovation - Existing bedroom and small bath converted into a large master bath and walk-in closet. Responsible for survey, plans, custom vanity and closet door, materials and finishes. Also served as project manager on the job.
