575 Bourbon - 575 Bourbon's concept was to infuse a minimalist interior exhibiting clean lines and a limited color palette within a centuries old viaduct without disturbing its structure. This design allowed for minimum components being integrated ensuring not to disturb the original stonework through creating a variety of free floating areas. The success of using a limited color palette and textures throughout allowed both new and old components to mesh together creating a chic environment to dine in.
