Expert art director, visual, and UX design consultant.

Fusing art, design, and technology is my passion. With a background in studio art, coupled with over 18 years of visual and UX design experience at top startups, agencies, and consumer goods industry leaders, I live and breathe design.

I know the ins and outs of interaction design for web/desktop and mobile, and have an innate talent for combining killer visuals with solid user experience design. I also understand code, and can easily communicate with developers, execs, product managers, and creatives.

When not doing individual consulting, I also run a boutique design shop called Chapas Design, where our passion starts with beautiful and ends with smart. Depending on what you need, we are a team of one — or many — and we begin every project knowing it’s intelligent design that makes all the difference. Our interactive design studio provides expert, comprehensive designs that lead your audience through a full-spectrum experience. We develop strategies based on user research, create brand identities, and deliver it all through websites, apps, or whatever method works hardest for you.
