I am an Industrial Designer. I recently graduated from Georgia Tech where I received my Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design. My goal is to create new products in a way that involves deeper meaning and challenges everyday views.
In my free time I enjoy biking and swimming. You'll usually find me in the park. Winter time has me snowboarding and skiing if I can travel, but when indoors I can be found doing mini redesigns for fun. -

Contract DesignerAtlanta, GADec 2013 - Jun 2014 (6 months)Lighting and furniture designer at Flags of Origin, a design firm that creates architecture, interiors and branding for commercial spaces. I focused on creating seating and lighting for our restaurant projects. I maintained the office and organized the budget for our different projects. When custom pieces weren’t needed, I worked with our clients to source furniture, tile and lighting.

I worked on creating samples for clients, maintaining social media and marketing materials for the company and creating and editing product catalogs. I had exposure to interior design process and marketing techniques.

Temporary Composition DesignerMarietta, GASep 2013 - Oct 2013 (1 month)Temporary composition designer for the Marietta, Georgia based toy and craft company Peachtree Playthings. I created displays for Toy Fair, applied an eye for perfection and detail, accomplished tasks in a time critical environment, and learned about the process for production at a toy company.
