Photoshop Painting: Apple - The exercise was completed as a precursor to the peacock painting assignment. It is a life-like painting of a photograph of an apple and was created using the brush tool in Photoshop.
CD template - The objective of this exercise was to learn how to utilize the pen tool in Illustrator. I designed a CD template by grouping concentric circles then making a clipping mask. The brightly colored designs were vector images made using the pen tool in order to give the CD cover and fun, playful aesthetic.

Words Within Words - This exercise was created as an introduction to Indesign, and it focused on typographic ideas. The exercise involved using type to make words visually represent images or ideas of words within the original words. I chose the words smart (sm + art), depressed (de + press + ed), death (d + eat + h), and mellow (mel + low).
